Manage several sites from one dashboard

Whether you have 1 site or 50, you manage them all from the same account. You don’t need to sign in again to switch between sites.

Adding a new site

Websites at the bottom left → + Add new site. See create your first site. The Websites page shows all your sites as cards; language sites are listed on the main site’s card under “Language sites”.

Publishing the same post on several sites

In the editor’s Post settings panel, select several sites under Sites to share. You can set the author, categories and content type separately for each site. The post is published to all of them at once.

Following all your sites together

• Publish: Posts from all your sites in one list; narrow it to one site with All workspaces.
• Comments, Inbox, Business Directory, Classifieds: All sites or a single site with the picker at the top right.
• Analytics: Review sites one by one with the picker at the top right.
• Library: Files of all sites; filter with the site chips at the top.

Team

Team members are invited per site, on each site’s Manage → Team page. See team and roles.
