Ulakom is an infrastructure platform providing hosting, an admin panel, a design editor, news bots, security and analytics for news and blog sites. Features may vary depending on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure; actions taken through your account are deemed yours.

3. Pricing and payment

The Service is billed per site on a monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Price changes are announced before they take effect.

4. Content responsibility

The owner of each site is responsible for all stories, articles, images and other content published on Ulakom infrastructure. It is your obligation to ensure your content complies with applicable law, journalistic principles and third-party rights.

5. Prohibited uses

The Service may not be used to:

• Publish unlawful or defamatory content or content that violates personal rights.
• Infringe intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademarks.
• Distribute malware, send spam or attack other systems.
• Attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Service.

6. Service continuity

We take the necessary measures to provide the Service securely and without interruption. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual property

The Ulakom software, designs, brand and logo belong to [Company name]. You own the content you publish on your site; we process it only to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You can cancel your subscription from the panel at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated. On termination, you will be given a reasonable period to export your data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
