The Publish page: post list, calendar and insights

The Publish page in the left menu brings together posts from all your sites.

Views and tabs

• List / Calendar: Switch the view at the top right.
• All: Every post.
• Column Articles: Posts with content type “Column Article”.
• Queue: Scheduled posts.
• Drafts: Unpublished drafts.
• Sent: Published posts.

Search and filter

Use Search posts to find a word in titles or excerpts. Narrow the list to one site with All workspaces. The list is paginated (“20 posts on this page · … in total”).

Row details and buttons

Each row shows the feature image, title, “by … · time” and “Shared · site name”. On the right are view and like counts and these buttons:

• Stats (chart icon): Opens the Insights panel on the right with the post’s reading data for Today / 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / This year. Open post opens it on the site.
• Open on site: Opens the post on your site in a new tab.
• Delete: Deletes the post (cannot be undone).
• Edit (pencil): Opens the post in the editor.

Bulk delete

Click Select on the right, tick the posts to delete (or Select all on this page) and click Delete selected. The posts’ images are deleted too; this can’t be undone.

Deleting demo content

Sites created from a template show “… has demo content” at the top of the page. Delete demo content removes the sample stories in one click; categories, menu, pages and design are kept. Hide the notice with ×.
