The footer is the area at the bottom of all your pages. In the design editor, open Footer at the bottom of the left panel; four layers are listed.

Layers

LayerDefault blocks
Top strip (Services & Social)Social media icons
Main body (Logo, Menus & Contact)Column 1: Logo & About · Column 2: Corporate links · Column 3: Categories
Secondary strip (Agencies & Mobile)Empty by default; add blocks with + Add
Bottom strip (Copyright & Signature)Copyright (Column 1) and News software signature (Column 2)

In each block’s settings, Column position (Column 1, 2, 3) sets which column it sits in. General block settings include the block title, alignment (Left, Center, Right), Hide on mobile and Hide on desktop.

In the Logo & About block use Upload or Library for Logo (light mode) and Logo (dark mode, optional), with the intro text below. Step by step: changing the logo.

  • Menu to show: Custom links (links added one by one in this block) or one of your site’s menus (e.g. Main Menu).
  • The Manage menus link opens Manage → Menu, where menu items, icons and order are edited.
  • Title (e.g. Corporate, Categories) and Title design: Underline, Plain or Side line.

Tip

Adding your Imprint, About us, Contact and Privacy pages to the footer’s Corporate column matters for Google News and AdSense applications. See extra pages.

Social media icons

  • Title and Description (optional; e.g. “Follow us”).
  • Display style: Outlined, Filled, Plain (single-color icons) or Colored, Buttons, Minimal (brands’ colored logos).
  • Accounts (Site settings): Tick the accounts to show (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube…). The account addresses come from Manage → General → Social Media Accounts; the Add / edit accounts link takes you there.
  • Icon design: Box size, spacing, shape (Circle, Rounded square, Square), icon color (Text color / Brand color), hover effect and custom colors.

The Copyright block is fixed (can’t be moved). With Show current year dynamically on, the year updates by itself (© 2026). Enter your own text in Copyright text (e.g. “All rights reserved.”).

The “News software: Ulakom” signature on the right can be removed with the Pro plan. See plans.
