The expandable sections at the bottom of the bot form let you fine-tune what bots publish.

Content filters

Articles are filtered before they’re sent to the AI or your site.

  • Skip empty articles: Not published if there’s no usable text.
  • Only publish if it contains: At least one keyword must appear (separate with commas or new lines).
  • Keyword matching: Match anywhere (part of a word counts) or Match whole word.
  • Skip if it contains: Not published if any of these words appear (e.g. spam, advertorial).
  • Min. / Max. words: Skips articles that are too short or too long.

Find and replace

Changes the text after the AI rewrite. Write rules as find|replace; add |titleonly or |contentonly to apply only to the title or content. Leave the replacement empty to delete the matched text.

  • Preserve HTML tags before replacing (recommended): Doesn’t touch markup or existing links.
  • Replace words: Only whole words/phrases match.
  • Apply to titles too and Use # as separator options.

Turns words in the post body into links. Write rules as keyword|url; separate several keywords for the same address with commas. With Replace each keyword only once per post on, only the first occurrence is linked. Existing links aren’t touched.

Text at the start / end of posts

Adds fixed text to the very start (e.g. an editor’s note) or end (e.g. a source note) of every post. It’s applied after the AI rewrite and not sent to the model; HTML is supported.

Image rules

  • If an image can’t be saved to the server: Skip the post, or remove that image and publish without it.
  • Default feature image and Only send this image: Ignores source images and uses your image on every post.
  • Ulakom URL mode: Uses the image by its external address without uploading it to media.
  • Read images if text is short (OCR): If the body has very little text (e.g. a story made only of images), text in up to 3 images is read and added to the rewrite.

Tip

After changing settings, do a single run with Run now and check the result on the Publish page.
