Scheduling makes a post you’ve prepared go live by itself at the date and time you choose.

## Scheduling a post

1. Prepare the post in the editor and choose the sites to share.
2. Click **Publish** at the top.
3. Instead of **Right now**, pick the date and time.
4. Confirm with **Schedule post →**.

The window shows the date and time zone the post will be published in. Times follow the site’s time zone (**Manage → General → Time Zone**).

## Seeing scheduled posts

- **Queue tab:** The **Queue** tab on the Publish page lists scheduled posts.
- **Calendar:** The **Calendar** view at the top right of the Publish page shows posts on a month or week calendar.
- **Cancel schedule:** The post moves to drafts; you can reschedule it any time.

> **Tip:** A scheduled post can be edited until it goes live. Set your calendar and time format under profile menu → **Settings → Preferences**.
