# Connecting social accounts and auto-sharing

> Connect your social media accounts with Webixso and share your posts and bot content on social networks automatically.

To share your posts on social media automatically, you connect your accounts through **Webixso**. The connection is on the **Websites** page at the bottom left.

## Connecting an account

1. In the **Social Media Accounts** section at the bottom of the **Websites** page, click **Connect with Webixso** (or **+ Add Social Account** at the top right).
2. After connecting, choose the accounts to share to with **Add Account**.
3. Match each account to a website or leave it **General (not linked to a site)**.

## Share template

Edit the share text in the account’s **Template Settings**. You can use the **Title**, **Content (full)**, **N words**, **Date** and **Post link** variables.

- **Facebook share type:** **Link card** (link preview card, default) or **Photo post** (the featured image is uploaded as a photo and the link is added to the end of the text).
- **Share multiple images as a carousel:** With several images, sends them as a swipeable album on Instagram/Facebook.

## Where is it used?

- **Post editor:** Choose an account in the site’s **Social Media** field under **Sites to share**.
- **Bots:** In **Platform to share**, choose “Website and social media” or “Social media only”.
