- **Available to:** Site admins
- **Plans:** All plans

The team is managed separately for each site: **Websites → Manage → Team**. The roles are explained at the top of the page and team members are listed below.

> **Tip:** The **Users** page in the left menu isn’t your team; it lists people who registered on your site **as readers**. See [reader accounts](https://ulakom.com/md/en/help/engagement/reader-accounts.md).

## Roles

| Role | What they can do |
| --- | --- |
| Admin | The site owner; design, settings, categories, team and everything else. |
| Editor | Edits all posts, manages comments and contact forms. Can’t delete other people’s posts. |
| Writer | Adds, edits and deletes only their own posts. |

## Inviting a member

1. Click **Add Writer / Editor** at the top right (or **+ Add first member** in an empty list).
2. Enter the **Full name** and **Email** and choose the **Role** (Writer or Editor).
3. Click **Send invite**. The person gets an invitation email; they join the team when they click the link and create their account.

Team members can be chosen in the editor’s **Publish as** list and in bots’ **Author** setting. Invite someone who will work on several sites from each site’s Team page separately.

> **Tip:** If you want writers’ content on sensitive topics to go through an editor, set bots’ **Post status** to **Draft** or **Pending review** and leave publishing to your editors.
