# Credit balance, auto top-up and storage

## Credit balance

Writing and editing with AI, generating images, bot runs, fetching content and chat use credits on a **pay-as-you-go** basis (1 credit = 1 USD). Credits don’t expire; they’re deducted as you use them.

- **Top up:** **Add to balance** in the profile menu, the shortcut on the Dashboard, or **Billing → Overview → Add to credit balance**. Amounts are 5–500 USD.
- **Auto top-up:** Turn it on in **Auto top-up settings**; when your balance drops below the amount you set, the amount you choose is charged to your default card. You need to set a default card first.
- If the balance reaches 0, AI operations and API requests stop. We recommend keeping auto top-up on.

## Cost calculator

On **Billing → Cost calculator**, choose the writing model, word count, image model and monthly volume to see an estimated monthly cost. Below is the unit price table for all services. Every bot form also shows the estimated cost per post and per day.

## Page-view quota

| Starter | 250,000 |
| Pro | 1 million |
| Extra page views | 10,000 views = 0.10 credits |

Your page-view quota **resets every month**. When your monthly quota is used up your site isn’t interrupted; extra page views are automatically covered by the credits in your account balance (0.10 credits per 10,000 views). If your credits run out, the site is suspended temporarily.

> **Tip:** If your site regularly exceeds its quota, moving to Pro is usually cheaper than paying for extra views. Keep [auto top-up](https://ulakom.com/md/en/help/account/credits-storage.md) on to avoid suspension.

## Site storage

Every site has 1 GB of storage. See usage in **Manage → Subscription → Storage** or by clicking the site chip in the **Library**.

- **Buy extra GB:** Adds a 10 GB pack; the fee is deducted monthly from your credit balance (the amount is shown on screen).
- **Cancel extra storage:** Removes the extra pack; you’ll need to delete files above the quota.

## Account image library

Your account also has a free 1 GB for images you upload and images generated by AI: profile menu → **Settings → Storage**. Increase it in 10 GB steps with **Upgrade storage**; if payment fails, the images are deleted after a while.
